RETURN POLICY

TDT Books Return Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

1. Overview
   At TDT Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
    

2. Return Period
   You may return most new, unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
    

3. Eligibility Criteria
   Items must be in their original condition—unmarked with no rips, tears, stains, etc. Please note that Coloring Books are not eligible for returns.
    

4. Refunds
   Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
    

5. Partial Refunds
   In cases where items are damaged, soiled, or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.
    

6. Exchanges
   If you wish to exchange an item for another title of equal or lesser value, please state your desired title when you submit your return request. If the replacement item’s value is higher, you will be responsible for the price difference.
    

7. Return Process
   Initiate Your Return: Email hello{at}taylordtomlinson.com with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
   
   Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a instructions within 2 business days.
   
   Ship the Item: Pack the book securely, include your name and address in the package, and ship to: TDT Books 5120 Fair Elms Ave, Western Springs, IL 60558
   
   Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund or exchange.
    

8. Shipping Costs
   Customer Returns: Unless the return is due to our error, shipping costs to return the item are the customer’s responsibility.
   Store Errors: If we shipped the wrong or defective book, we will cover return shipping costs.
    

9. Damaged or Defective Items
   If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello{at}taylordtomlinson.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
